That's how they stay so thin. Not all 54 year old white women look like skeletons, despite what some would assume. It takes willpower. Willpower and spending lots of money on shamefully deceitful amounts of meat.

I've never been charged more when I ask for a little more meat...I only ask when it looks like they have shortchanged a little bit. If you order double meat yes you are charged. If they tried to charge me more I would just have them remake it, but again in probably 100 orders at several different outlets I've never had them bat an eye on some extra chicken or steak.
