Avoid margarine.

PP with blepharitis, how exactly did you clear it up? My eye doctor says yup you have it use eye drops to help it feel better. I can't wear eye make up for more than maybe two hours without feeling like clawing my eyes out. What worked for you? Was it the cleanser or did u use the clairisonic on your closed eyes?

A second vote for going on an elimination diet: no dairy, no gluten, no soy, and maybe little to no sugar. Once I eliminated dairy the acne I had since I was your daughter's age disappeared.

Now I can't even smell cheese, yogurt or butter without feeling like I want to be sick. If I even have a little butter hidden in something, cystic acne pops up on my face.

Try one food group at a time and see what happens. Doesn't have to cost much, and if your daughter looks better she may keep it up.

You want to remove the oil from the skin, but not dry it so you don't need a moisturizer. Sorry if I've contributed too much! I just wish someone had taken more time with me when I was younger...

I agree. No cetaphil right now. At least not unless a derm brings out the big guns with super drying topical treatments in addition to oral.

OP - take what you like with the hormonal, accupuncture, diet etc. advice, but at the end of the day, for a skin problem, DD should see a skin specialist (a dermatologist).
