Do I need to call out for an AC repair today or can it wait until Monday?

Part of the risks of property Ownership. I look at it this way, if it were my house where I live, I would be paying without question, but even if I didn't- I would still feel I owed it to the tenant.

+1000 The landlord has a lot of gall to pull something like that on the tenant for the sake of saving a few hundred dollars. That's what rent is for. Cheapskate.

I own a house, a vacation house and between sales have rented houses out.

I promise that if the AC was out - I wouldn't be worried about saving a buck and risking looking like a total d-bag.

I am a homeowner and I would wait for Monday because it's not that hot this weekend. I guess if I was a self entitled a hole I would complain.

Actually, self entitled "tenants" should complain since they are not homeowners and their rent covers services for things like broken air conditioning despite a cooler weather forecast occurring over the weekend.
