Veet is a more effective wax strip than Hansen in my opinion.

No--stubble!

+1. A woman in our office shaves and the stubble shows by the end of the day. Unless your stubble is white or blond, I wouldn't do this.

She probably has pCOS and the stubble would show regardless of waxing, shaving etc. I had laser hair removal and mine came back

I use one of those tiny little electric eyebrow razors. It takes of all of the peach fuzz and no stubble.

OMG Its that goddang rearview mirror. Its like some kind of dark magic. I can see the worst stuff on my face ONLY in that mirror. Wish they made a home version, but I dont think science fully understands how it works.

So yes, tweezer in purse for me for some time now.

Do home electrolysis: http://www.amazon.com/Clean-Easy-Deluxe-Home-Electrolysis/dp/B002QXLM3I/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1410964818&sr=8-1&keywords=Electrolysis

It tales a little trial and error to get the hang of it and you have to zap some hairs more than once. Also, there's slight, temporary scabbing, so you would want to do a few hairs at a time rather than your whole upper lip at once. But, the results are permanent.

Best part is that you can stay on top of things when brand new rogue hairs appear every 6 months or year. Just zap it immediately instead of scheduling yet another appt for electolysis somewhere expensive.
