Wrong. This is wear and tear that is NOT in the interior of the home. Glass between two exterior panes is the landlord's problem. He just wants someone else to pay for his building maintenance and think he has you on the blinds and can tack on the (much more expensive) glass issue too.


Yes, I still haven't heard from him but will not accept to pay for the glass as I didn't do the damage. By looking at the lease I realized that when I renewed for 6 months coz i knew i had to move out so couldn't sign for a year, he raised the rent to $1930 but for the 6 months, I gave him 1950, I made a mistake when wiring the checks, n he never said anything, so that's an extra $120 he owes me
