| Paul Simon Concert in the Park |
| Tina turner, saw her three times. And believe it or not, Barry manilow was excellent in concert! |
| James Taylor at Blossom. Beautiful night. Anyone else here been to blossom? |
| Little Feat when Lowell George was still alive. |
| The Deqd in Vegas but it might have been the drugs! |
| Lauryn Hill when she was still lucid |
|
Then of course there's Bruce. The whole revival tent experience.
I saw one of the Born in the USA shows at the Cap Centre. The opening act was also Bruce--he played 2 hours, then an intermission, then another 2 and a quarter hours. Nothing else like it. |
| Prince!!! |
| The worst was Cars- back in the 80s.. really horrible IMO |
| Amy Winehouse at the Koko Club, Camden. She was on best behaviour because her mum and aunts were in the audience and it was magical. |
|
Them Crooked Vultures, 9:30 Club. Dave Grohl on drums, John Paul Jones (Led Zep), and Josh Homme.
Magically epic. |
| Bad Religion at a small nightclub in the mid 90s. I loved every second of it. |
| Stevie Wonder. Only in person can you fully appreciate his amazing talent. |
This is actually one band that is actually quite good. In concert and on CD. I am surprised they are not as huge as they should be. I think they are just as good as Coldplay. Most underrated band. Ever.

While I wouldn't say most underrated ever, I do agree with you they are underrated. Coldplay has had bizarre commercial success IMO. Good, even great occasionally, but not clear to me why they are so revered. |
