IEP for emotional disability vs. OHI?

Once we had ED put on DS's IEP things moved much better for us. He's now in a private school with other children like himself and making great strides. It's great because there are 12 children in his class, two teachers, and two aides. The school has mental health professionals that see him several times a week and they are in communication with the providers we see privately so everyone is on the same page. Best of all the district pays the tuition.
