We have a separate freezer chest, which is great b/c I can buy meat in bulk when it goes on sale. Right now, we have:
-10lb Angus tenderloin
-6lb chicken breast
-2lb venison (finally reaching the end of it! We ate venison all winter)
- 3-4 lb chicken thighs
-a few packs of ground beef
-3 Pacific cod filets
-2 Rainbow trout filets
-1 lb shrimp

As far as prepared food:
-2 lbs bacon
-1 spiral ham, separated into smaller packets for family meals
-2 packs chicken apple sausage
-1 kielbasa
-some Morningstar veggie burgers
-a quart of homemade applesauce
-homemade chinese potstickers
-4 quarts chicken stock
-ice cream - vanilla, chocolate, and mint choco chip
-chicken nuggets that I made in bulk last weekend

We usually buy fresh veggies, but have frozen peas and edamame on hand.

How does it taste when you thaw it??

I'm curious too. I've never thought to freeze those individual servings before and usually end up tossing the last one.

You people are grossing me out. Fresh guacamole is too easy to make. Don't freeze it for Christ's sake.

I'm working off the top of my head.

Other posters have reminded me that I also have chicken apple sausages, bacon, and homemade apple sauce in there.

A lot of random stuff, convenience foods from TJs and such, along with some packages of fish, chicken, beef, pork, smoothie stuff & frozen veggies. You know, freezer stuff. Oh, and that pre-made garlic bread. I love that stuff.

I'm the one who froze the guacamole. It's easy to make when you can find good avocados--which I can't around here! Before living here, I lived just a few miles from Fallbrook, CA so the lack of quality avocados here is so disappointing to me.
