In about 18 months I have lost 75 lb. I log all calories using Myfitnesspal, usually eating 1200-1500 a day. I work out 5 times a week. Twice a week I lift heavy. About 4 times a week I do cardio, usually elliptical or Zumba. I definately think my success is due to the heavy lifting, though.
