They do indeed qualify to purchase in the ADU program-which is essentially section 8 for homebuyers.

OP, as others have mentioned try buying a Honda or a Toyota, you could probably get a 2012 model. Even better if you can buy a Hibryd-

We are a family of three, combined HHI 70k.... and yes... you can make it work! Time and work satisfaction is way more important. Good LUck!
