smoked salmon on top of steam potatoes and arugula. a baguette and a glass of dry sauvignon blanc.

I drizzled the salad just a bit with a mixture of dijon mustard/olive oil/ and capers.
so easy, just peel and steam the potatoes, do not salt water, enough salt with the smoked salmon.

Salmon, broccoli and pasta - ordered at a restaurant but had to take to go after 2 year old freaked. Fun!

French onion soup with Caesar salad and Mac n cheese for kiddos.

I made a chickpea/kale/carrot dish and I also had broiled fish while DH and DC had steak instead of fish.

I has spaghetti with TJ turkey bolognese, and a chocolate bar.
FYI- I had an awesome sandwich today (Jetties). multigrain bread toasted with a layer of herbed goat cheese, roasted portobello, carmelized butternut squash.

Jambalaya and mango icecream for dessert.

This was an unexpected combination but went very well together. DH says that it was good enough to serve to guests.
