| Last year at my agency if you got a 5 you could get a step increase (WIGI) instead of a bonus which was awesome. I actually prefer that to a bonus. |

| Just got notice that I got a 5K bonus this year. First time our agency has done bonuses in 3+ years, and the biggest one I've received ever. Very nice surprise. |

Same at EPA last year and this year. Only this year they snuck in an unannounced and unadmitted limit on the time off awards, too, which really pissed people off (the few who knew about it). |
