OMG - wow!! I can't believe this stuff is for sale. That's the kind of wallpaper that will make people think you've not redcorated from the grandma who owned your house prior. This stuff is horrible.

I've seen some lovely wallpaper at Sherwin Williams. I agree with PPs not to go through the effort and expense if you don't plan to be in the house for a while. But if you do - go for it! There's a lot of lovely paper out there now a days.
