I think the timeline implies that its Brody's baby. totally didn't see the last scene coming ![]() ![]() |
The episode was the first good one of the season.
The only problem was DH kept saying "Don't worry, there's still time for Carrie to fuck it all up." |
+1. he is the most indispensable character on the show because he always leaves you guessing. it is no coincidence that as Brody's character reappears the show gets better. the show would not even be mediocre without him. i loved Carrie in season 1 but she just gets more annoying as the series progresses. |
Brody's wife is the worst actress on that show. Just terribly affected. I wish she had committed suicide, but then I suppose there would be no female on the show to periodically show her tits. |
Very good point! Though she just gave birth-- tits I really don't want to see! The season got better once the stopped focusing on Brody's family. I hope that was their way of writing them out. If that is a 3 legged stool I like it! |
Morena Baccarin is gorgeous.
I don't know how you expect her to act - her husband was gone for years, comes back and screws Carrie. THEN he runs for Congress, which makes you a political wife. THEN he supposedly bombs the CIA and disappears. That's going to mess a person up. |
I don't think it is the storyline that is bothersome. It is th acting. |
Whoosh. Her portrayal of the troubled teen is spot on. If you'd raised or were raising one you'd get it. They are excruciatingly dramatic and reckless. |
I couldn't stand the mom acting and her reaction to dana, I felt Dana needed a hard smack across the face like in the movies or water thrown in her face and shout "snap out of it". Instead the storyline has the mom as a major pushover. |
maybe from now on we will be guessing about javadi? he is not becoming an iranian brody of sorts. |
