I Just Don't Care Much for My Sister

If I share anything personal with her, I run the risk that she will one day use it against me when she is in a foul mood, as she has done in the past. So I censor myself when I talk with her. I am more open with my close friends. It makes me sad but, to quote The Who, I won't get fooled again.

This is me too. My sister is also older than me and I've always felt like she was trying to out do me. I don't agree with her lifestyle (she's 30 and is working on her third marriage). I can't relate to her when it comes to life so there's no need to spill my soul out to her. My girlfriends get me and that's where I find my support.

sorry. other people have hard times etc etc and are not mean to others. i don't buy the 'tough shell' stuff. others have problems and still manage to be nice.

people don't call out these sisters, b/c they are such a pain to deal with. the low maintenance ones just sigh...

And all of us put together, not hysterical, calm cool and collected sisters hate it when the dramatic, self centered, perpetual victim sisters start up their me me me me me whining for the millionth time.
