Got dense boobies?

No. I breastfed and have dense breasts. It's genetic.

From what I've been able to determine, dense breasts means less fat, more tissue ratio. It's easier to do a mammogram when there is a lot of breast to read. It's the price you pay for being in shape.

Umm, breast size is not always an indicator of "being in shape". The women in my family are slender with big breasts. I hate this attitude that you have to be fat to have big boobs.

Every woman is different. I breast fed and am post menopausal and I still have dense, large breasts. It is genetic.

I agree with the PP. Am very thin but had a massive chest. Had a reduction last month - look and feel so much better.

The "being in shape" poster is confused. Someone must have told her something about fat ratios in the breast and she took it to be some kind of reference to fat, as in being fat. This is actually referring to the particular composition of the breast tissue. You can be thin as a rail and still have breasts with more fat tissue than other women. Thats the part that is genetic. I think OP is engaging in what is known as the humble brag. "I'm thin and in shape so poor me, I have dense breasts." If you were fat, PP, you would still have dense breasts.
