Because if you sell after a year you likely will lose money, duh. Plus packing and moving sucks! Who wants to "put themselves through that" twice in one year? Lol. |

We were also working two different tracks: either buy existing, or teardown and rebuild. Our realtor understood this very clearly. Eventually we determined that there were no homes that fit our need for under $2M and bought a teardown to rebuild on.
Your realtor must understand what you are looking for, and be ready to switch gears when needed. You need to clearly communicate this to him/her. If he fails to understand, then you need to find someone else. |
