If you aren't selling it that please take that chicken and shove it.

If you are OP, I take back my earlier advice. You don't deserve tasty organic chicken.

Nope, not the OP. just trying maintain the integrity of this thread.

I raise the chickens in my urban backyard and roast them myself in our Egg. I'm sorry you have to buy the shitty store ones.

Rotisserie chicken from the store is a health hazard so I don't eat it.

Wow -- thread integrity! Gee, thanks, Mr./Ms. Thread Police.

You don't deserve tasty chicken either. Enjoy Giant. Better yet, for you, Food Lion.

Anonymous wrote:Safeway sells a "natural" roasted chicken. Not sure if it's organic.

Do you know what "natural" means? It means jack-shit.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Natural_foods
The term is assumed to imply foods that are minimally processed and do not contain manufactured ingredients, but the lack of standards in most jurisdictions means that the term assures nothing. In some places, the term “natural” is defined and enforced. In others, such as the United States, it has no meaning.

Still waiting for someone's children to be pitied.

I pity Ms. Thread-Integrity's children. They'll have to eat chicken from Food Lion.

My God, people.

To answer the freaking question: Glen's Garden Market has AWESOME chickens for cheap. I'm a big fan of roasting my own, but theirs are way better than mine and delicious.
