Going rate for high school babysitter?

I have rising sophomore daughters who babysit a lot and typically get paid $14 an hour.

I pay $15 an hour for an 8th grader, $20 an hour for older.

DD is a rising HS junior. She gets $20 for 2 children, third grade and age 4. Most of the time she is there they are asleep. When in MS, she made $15 per hour.
