Baby shower question

I'm planning a shower for my sister. The guests are mostly family and many are older etc so games are sort of expected.
We are having a book shower so I have a quiz about childrens' books. I am going to have a Price is Right game and a Nursery Rhyme game.
We will also do the Diaper Pin game where everyone is given a pin and if you say "baby" you have to give the pin to the person who calls you on it. Whoever has the most pins wins.
I will also have the "Wishes for Baby" cards that people can fill in and I might have a "Name the Baby" board where people can make name suggestions.

If I were doing a co-ed shower I would skip the games though.

I could totally get down with playing the Life board game (classic version, not the new one).

If you're trying to be craftier: So many people take photos of their baby next to "1 Month, 2 Month, 3 Month," etc papers these days. You could have folks decorate or make some.
