How high should a GPA be to be included on a resume?

Anonymous
I work in legal recruiting (and receive A LOT of resumes from graduating law students) and I rarely ever see GPA listed on the resume. Most will list class rank or academic awards instead. Almost all of the new grads who send resumes will include their transcripts and this is usually what is looked at over resumes for new/recent grads (at my firm at least).

Don't list the GPA. List academic awards or honors.

My GPA is over 3.9 and I will keep it on my resume for a long time. A resume should be full of various accomplishments, and a high GPA is definitely one of them.
