I emailed the school about this saying I understood some parents are arranging transportation and asking to be put in touch with that transportation committee. Go to the YY Portal and ask to join the listserve. Once in, ask your question and the committee chair will respond to your question. GL

If that doesn't work, ask for the email of the PA Volunteer Coordinator. That person should be able to identify someone to help you.

Thanks. I'm a parent to an entering PK child, so don't yet have access to the YY portal. I will ask for the school for the email address of the PA Volunteer Coordinator.

YY Parent here who's kid rides the parent organized shuttle. We are on the NW route.

The monthly fee is well worth it and very reasonable, given the personal service and on-call bus monitor! Using the service also reduces before care fees, after care fees, late pickup fees, or carpool parking drop off drama. The kids are always on time, and I can stop for coffee rather than navigating the stressful shuffle. There are sibling discounts as well.

I can't post the info here; as it would mean posting personal info of particular parents. I wouldn't want any trolls to inundate their emails. It's very safe as well your DC will be safe and sound.

Fair enough. I would just suggest that if someone is interested in the shuttle, she should call the school and ask to be referred to either the bus contact or the PA President.
