Relocating from NC to DC

Mongt Co is a good option b/c hubbie would be able to fly out of all 3 airports without much trouble.

This. We're in Chevy Chase and are about equal time wise from all three airports - BWI and Dulles 40 minutes, National 30 minutes. My husband is a litigator who travels like crazy, and it's nice to be able to pick flights by airline/time/cost etc. because the airport doesn't matter.

We are just beginning our experience with MCPS and special needs as my son is only 4, but everyone we have dealt with has been talented, compassionate and responsive. And we have had good experiences at MCPS with our older child as well who does not have those extra challenges.
