Okay, so the fed has to recognize state laws that don't interfere with fed law. Duh.

And what I am saying Is that states that pass bans on gay marriage are in facts conflicting with fed law, ie, our constitution. (Due process and equal protection where marriage caws have already been heard)

So your point still remains moot and you are still tone deaf here.
