How did you figure it was time to move to MD (or not!)?

Those PPs who assumed that their values (presumably liberal) were more in line with Montgomery County should take another look. Virginia seems to be turning blue to me -- at least the Northern part of the sate. We had no trouble fitting in at all. Watch the November elections for proof.


I strongly agree. Here in Alexandria (city), we're pretty blue, in a good way. This ain't your daddy's Virginia. During the primaries Obama got more votes than every other primary candidate put together. Come help us turn VA even bluer!

In agreement. And it's prettier. There are obviously still some conservatives around, despit the trend toward the Democrats. But Chief Justice Roberts and others of his ilk lived in our Chevy Chase neighborhood, so it's not like Montgomery County is politically homogenous. Vive la difference -- so long as they don't start teaching creationism in my local public school.
