OP CALL AROUND to get quotes. I called some of the franchise places ad they wanted to set me up with a whole quarterly contract, etc. Every three months they'd be coming back sort of business deal. Couldn't figure out what their incentive was to fully correct the problem! Then I kept calling and found a small local company that was much much cheaper.

we had roaches earlier this year in our single family home (the large ones that I've read are easier to get rid of). They began crawling up from the drains in the early spring (gag). I bought these and after a week there was no sign of them. I also made sure all drains were closed nightly (they come out at night) and I taped close the over flow values on the tubs.

i bought those a week ago.... i am seeing less, but i want to see none at all lol

Pour bleach in every toilet every night and down every drain. They can survive on anything for food but can't survive without water. Also Google baking soda and roaches. It gives them gas and kills them.
