my husband wants a divorce and i don't. we have been married for 33 years. he has a female friend who knows how to get under his skin and now he is starting with the divorce again for the 3rd time. things go good until she comes into the picture. i found out last year that they sleep together he said it was once she says it was more than once over the years. now she has called him again and the i don't love s*** starts again. he refuses to see a marriage counselor please help.

He is already with another woman. Keep a record of her admitting the affair. Keep a record of all his bank statements and most recent pay stubs also your tax records. Change the locks leave his shit outside.

I'm getting divorced now. In DC, you need to be separate for six months to have an uncontested divorce (both parties agree to split). If one party objects then you need to wait 12 months. You can get divorced even if you can't find the person. You just file a notice in a newspaper for a few months searching for them, and try to serve papers at a last known address. If that doesn't work, you're free.

I decided I won't sign for the divorce. I just want to know what will happen if I didn't sign? I am so depressed . I feel like suicide. My Catholic FIL has been divorced 2x and married 3x. He was married to my MIL for nearly 30 years. Some people do not put up with abuse, despite what the Catholic church teaches.
