I hate that every time a thread comes up on DCUM about someone getting married, someone getting divorce or anything along those lines, it all ends up revolving around looks. How superficial and juvenile! This guy is one of the most successful men in the country and she seems to be a very inteligent woman, who has her head in the right place. I think the picture is very sweet and the fact that they planned the whole wedding as a surprise shows a very cool sense of complicity between them that I find endearing. Why their looks alone would be all some of you can talk about is very telling to me. Of you, of course, not them.

Can you imagine how much fun it must have been for the guests once they caught on that a wedding was about to take place? I read this suggestion (surprise wedding) in a bridal guide once and ever since, I've always had it in the back of my mind whenever I've gone to a cocktail party, birthday party, etc, thrown by a long-term couple. That would be awesome. I wonder if their parents and siblings even knew in advance?
