Yes, congratulations!
To other people who may be coming to this thread, remember that while it's important to compare statistics, you need to look at the data on patients, too. Last I checked, Columbia's patients tended to have much higher FSH levels than, well, practically any other clinic. If that's not your problem, their numbers may not be as relevant to you. |

Totally totally agree with the prior post. I would never have been accepted at Shady Grove. Columbia took a chance and I got pregnant after a couple of attempts. Please don't be fooled by stats alone. I know a number of people at Shady Grove whose cycles were canceled after low egg counts, so I believe are not counted in the stats.
And even if you don't get pregnant with such a high FSH, don't you want some clinic to at least give it a shot so you know you tried everything before taking another route (eg egg donation, adoption). Not saying Shady Grove is a bad place, but I think that are way too focused on keeping their stats up. Just my opinion. |
| I did IVF at SG and I had high FSH, produced very few eggs, but was successful with the third cycle. I was 32 at the time. Dr. Levy was my doctor and I highly, highly recommend him. I just wanted to post because never once did I ever get the impression that they could not or would not help me. |
