don't become unemployed and if you do there is Medicare. Give free shit to people and they wont work for the equivillent pay.

Why should everyone pay your failed attempt of parenting the 24 year old child who ether studied an unemployable field or is a lazy fuck

Wow, you are a nutcase. A 24 year old is an adult, not a child. I was referring to (for example) a 4 year old with neuroblastoma. Nice language and grammar, by the way. Way to class up your argument. That will surely help people see your side.

Medicare is for old people. It doesn't do jack for unemployed people. These are basics, people.

PP spelled "equivalent" wrong. You expect that they know the difference between medicare, medicaid, and COBRA?

I can forgive spelling (since I suck at it too), but not substance. I think, though, given the spelling, language, and grammar, we've got a middle schooler in our midst.

So let me get this right. Republicans are blaming Obama for unemployment But actually they think that unemployment is caused by people being lazy fucks.

Oh yes, you guys are going to win this election for sure. Try to hide your disdain for people impacted by the economy, at lest until after election day.

Is not that simple. The US pays more for health insurance, prescription drugs etc... because we are the richest nation in the world and are basically subsidizing poorer nations. If it were flat a lot of people would be dying in Africa because they could not afford medications. For example if you buy a text book int he US it will always be 20 bucks more than the exact same one in India because of cost of living.

This is not accurate. When you normalize for cost of living, the US still pays much more for health care than other countries (as a percentage of GDP). And despite paying so much, has relatively low rankings for measures of health such as life expectancy, preventable deaths, etc.

I would like portable plans but I want interstate plans regulated federally. I don't want people buying crappy plans out of Nevada and costing the state of Virginia a ton of money.

If the conservatives don't want to pay for universal healthcare, why are they involved in our education system at all? Why not have people take personal responsibility to educate their kids and not have the taxpayers cover that? I can't believe we as a society can't view healthcare as a right, not some privilege. Education is a right, so why not healthcare? You actually could die without healthcare, and where then is your life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness?
