Hilarious. We lived in Arlington when my first kid was born, and the anxiety over the Arlington Traditional lottery started in our baby playgroup.

Of course, this was SOUTH Arlington. Check those test scores and get back to us about your superior county.

Then again, I had acquaintances who mortgaged themselves to death to move to N. Arlington, and once they got there, they still weren't happy with the schools. Back to the AT lottery craziness.

We found comparably excellent schools and less expensive real estate in Fairfax, which is why we moved.
