For me, it is not that he is paying low taxes, assuming the law allows it, it is that I think he knows he is paying less than 15% and is adding the "about" to fudge the number. He's a smart guy, who is obviously good with money. You can't tell me he can't figure out his exact tax rate.

If $374,000 in speaker's fees is "not very much", you can't expect him to pay much attention to other little details.
