How much importance do you give to greatschools.org reviews

+1! You have to tour and talk to other parents.

Our center is a nationally accredited center by NAEYC, rated 5 stars by Quality Counts a local child care rating system with numerous awards and recognitions. It is very unfortunately that you post a single negative anonymous comment that put our center is such bad light. Especially, when the person rated our facilities, teachers and parent involvement as excellent. The entire review is based on the treatment given by the H/R person. Could be someone that applied and did not meet the standards of the center? Or an employee that failed and was terminated? I do not believe that the rating system of your website has any serious weight, other that giving people a platform to complain and damage the reputation without facing the consequence of publishing misleading information. In addition, when we triy to respond to the comment, we cannot because we are not in the list of school since we are a childcare.
