summer for middle school kids

Uh, last I checked middle schoolers can stay home alone. Not the PP but why must you structure every waking moment of their lives?

That's what the neighbor let her son do. He's in high school now and has added daily vaping to the mix.

My kid who is in Girl Scouts worked as a jr. counselor at several camps they provide in the City, they also have them in the burbs. It was only 3 week but provided some opportunities for learning responsiblity and was free.

Politics and Prose and other types of art camps often have half day camps for teens.

Consider having your teen find a part-time gig as a parent's helper- money and some responsibility

But the kids that go off to co-ed sleeping camps are running off and getting finger blasted and hand jobs instead of sitting at home. But I am sure in high school they are perfect, non-druggies and still virgins.
