
First, DH is an ER doc and yes, they know about the insurance issues - the information is right on the cover page and it can at times indicate certain procesures/process if the patient is not in an urgent/emergent situation....there are insurances that require authorization for ED visits for example.
The US is not the only place this is happening - it seemed nearly epidemic in Ireland a few years ago. |
No one objects to the idea that a woman in labor should receive care. It's coming to a particular country for the purpose of doing it that is the problem. |

There are 100's of things that you could do to discourage it. Problem is that Democrats don't care how much taxpayer money they spend in order to buy votes. These people will be back for more handouts later, which is why they had the anchor babies to begin with.

The women coming here to give birth do not travel on business visas. Also, given the maternity leave standards in most countries other than the US, late-term pregnant women generally won't be traveling for work in the first place. |
