Are any restaurants truly child friendly?

There is a place in ballston doing a water fountain splash happy hour once a week in august. (op, I sympathize. We have 3 boys and restaurants have been a waste of time
for us for five years. I reAlly miss them!)

When we visited my friend in Charleston we did happy hour
at a retauranr with an enormous kids bounce house. It was
fantastic.

What place in Ballston? I would definitely be interested in that! I will Google it, of course, but if you have more info please provide.
