I don't recommend Kim Flores ! She is cold, unresponsive and non caring ! You can keep calling and leave messages , nobody in the office care to call you back . So in spite of supposedly booking her over e- mail , there is no certainty ! All my follow up calls went unanswered. And, there were no call backs. So not only I missed appointments with my other shortlisted photographers ( who I did not care to call thinking I have an appointment with this one), when I wrote to her how unprofessional the whole thing is - I simply get a "sorry but we have been busy " response !! Don't know what the attitude is during the sessions give that children can be little unpredictable !! Do not go for her.
