I had this experience with another “high conflict” firm. NO Results. Just a lot of invoices. They could not promise anything and they just charged. I would suggest going flat fee to friends. Get in and out. The lawyer I had wanted to argue everything on Fridays at court and she got me nowhere. |
| Are people still complaining about their attorneys since 2019? |
| My divorce attorneys had to ask me my kids names in the middle of court. I knew I was in the wrong spot. |
| Posters on 7/4 at 14:42 and 14:46, would you please, please share the names of those attorneys? For the sake of those of us in terribly stressful situations right now trying to hire attorneys? Would be very grateful for that. |

I had David zangrilli for my divorce.
I should have represented myself in my divorce and saved $30K in pointless legal fees. For years, I asked him to revisit the child support amount, but he ignored me and insisted it was correct. Turns out, he never even used the standard formula. I finally had to hire someone else to fix it. What a waste! Could have, would have, should have… Too late for me, but not for you. |

All the $$ formula forms are on the county site put them in excel first — and then negotiate not hard assets are 50-50. Lawyers do not rally get you a better price on the house . they really done I think they win when their clients are stressed or have no brain cells |
It’s all the same person over several years |

And now they’ve randomly bumped it with a “^” |
+1 Adultery does not matter. You won't get more in custody or assets. It will still be 50/50. If you litigate, you will take money you could both keep and spend it attorneys instead. Don't be stupid. Keep your money. Mediate and get out. You will lose more if you fight. You seem to think you can "get more" if there is adultery. That is just not true. |
