What is your favorite EASY way to prepare salmon?

Have been wanting to try the cedar planks but haven't gotten around to buying them yet. It really takes 30 minutes? Seems like such a long time to cook any fish, but again, haven't tried this method so just wanted to check this wasn't a typo.


YES - it should be 20 min (depending on how thick the cut is), not 30 min. Thanks for catching that.
I should also add that you do have to soak the cedar planks ahead of time. The smell is so good too.

Bake it in the oven with mango coconut pepper sauce - you can get the sauce at Harris Teeter.
