Do you ever pick your nose?

I actually read about a German doctor a few years back who said kids should not only pick their nose, but be encouraged to eat it! Apparently, it helps develop their immune system. And not just because they are exposed to the germs, but also because of something having to do with their own antibodies or something. |

LOL but seriously, i wax the inside of my nose. it's so hairy it's disgusting and picking is more successful. |
