Kid-friendly Neighborhood search

Hi-

Just wanted to chime in that a house in my neighborhood recently came up for rent for $2600/month. It is N. Arlington which would be a great commute to Crystal City. Our neighborhood is fabulous - lots of kids and neighborhood activities (Halloween parade, Easter Egg hunt, etc), walking distance to parks and shops and metro (Ballston), nice people. We don't have a rec. center or neighborhood pool, but I think it meets all the other criteria. Schools are great, too. We have a 3 year old and 1 year and are very happy here. Here is a link:
