we only have almond milk. I'm not buying different milks. If my kid is at your house and you only have cows milk and cereal, thats what she would eat. |
| Cinnamon rolls would be a special treat -- the kind in the can that you bake in the oven. |
| When my kid has friends sleepover they always ask me to get donuts. |
not for picky eaters. I would ask the parents but, make it super fun so small cereal boxes or bagels or donuts |
| Ask the parent |

Yeah, my kids will use whatever milk you have. Or not. And you'll know about the lactose intolerant one when you invite him over, so it wouldn't be surprise.
I agree that the yogurt bar would not be a big hit with many kids. None of my three would eat it and they'd eat most anything else discussed in this thread. |
You could get a quart of milk. They live next to each other so it can't be that hard to find! |
| Eggs, oatmeal, fruit, french toast, sushi, dim sum, pancakes, etc. |
| Plain Bagels (cut them in half and slice them) and cream cheese, mini muffins (sometimes I make these), and berries. |
| Fresh bread, as in still warm from the oven, with jam or honey. |
| Donuts, bacon, berries. |
| Mine will not eat oatmeal. |
Probably best to get the actual goat and cow for fresh squeezed, don’t you think? |

I must say, DCUM, you’ve pleasantly surprised me for once. When I read the thread title, I thought, oh, here we go.
“Well, ACTUALLY, since we’ve raised our children to be HEALTHY eaters with refined, adult like palates, my precious darlings would prefer a nice bowl of quinoa, maybe some fresh cut unflavored steel oats, and if you could throw in a kale smoothie for that AM vitamin infusion boost, that would be GREAT.” Instead, OP got pages of real answers, with only a 10 Points From Gryffindor deduction for the person who said “dim sum.” Well-played, DCUM. |
| I would have fruit, plain yogurt, sausage, oatmeal, pancake mix, and bread on hand. Everyone can find something to like in that line up. |
