It would be interesting to compare the survey results to the new “policy” and they should be published since it was taxpayer funded. |
Functional being key here. Maybe the other side should have options that are not associated with Moms for Liberty type BS. |
| Does anyone know what 6 holidays they are recognizing? |
My guess is it follows the 6 religious holidays we currently have: Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kipper, Dwali, Christmas (even though it’s also a federal holiday), and both Eids. |
I'm all for keeping 2 weeks of winter break, 3 days at Thanksgiving, and TW/SP days at the end of every quarter. I just wish that they would stop having the religious holidays off. |
I can’t get over them patting themselves on the back for creating stability in the calendar with this motion when they are literally codifying the same parameters for a calendar that created this hellish school year. |
PP who said +1 here and no argument that both sides are to blame. None at all. |
Agree! |
|
Aaaaaand yet another email request to fill out calendar survey today.
Millions of $ wasted on data collection and analysis only to just do whatever the heck they want. Waste. |
They have been doing this since at least 2019 and probably earlier (I just don't remember). The only way to effect change is to make it so our elected leaders worry about more than just getting thrown out by the fringes in the primary. |
