This. How is anyone supposed to be able to plan and book a vacation if they have no idea whether or not they will get the time off. I work in an industry where only X number of people can be off at a time because things have to be staffed and it's not like we can pick up the slack of when someone is out. So the 30 day thing is even crazier to me. |
