How did/do you prepare your children for marriage?

Regardless of if your adult children marry or not, they need to become worthy candidates for marriage.

We watch The Amazing Race together. There are great examples of good marriages there and also terrible ones. We talk about the communication between the partners and how respectful and supportive they are, or not.

I wouldn’t mind if my kids stayed single forever. Especially my daughters. Marrying can be such a drag down. I’d rather they be independent.
