In other words wasting more taxpayer money. The leaders in every country are laughing at Trump. So much bluster and constant threats about hiking tariffs if a leader insulted him. He has to go through congress. There is no other section of the law that says anything differently

Good tariff news was offset by sh!tty GDP numbers.

So we pay a 10% tax for 150 days. I’ll just count the days and wait, frankly.

He'll try the same BS he is trying with appointing US Attorneys. As soon as the time period expires, just do it again.

He can’t. After the 150 days, he has to get approval from congress. That’s really unlikely with midterms approaching.

Does he? Wasn’t he supposed to do that before under his scheme that was ruled unconstitutional? It seems there are a lot of things he is “supposed to do”.

He's now hiking from 10% global tariff announced yesterday to 15%.

It's almost like he didn't see the initial market reaction was "THANK GOD" - no let's double down because my ego can't take a hit. At some point even his fiercest economic defenders will have to step in and somehow relay to him it's not the correct approach.

Ha ha none of those people are in the Administration this time. It's all syncophants across the board now. Hassett said a few days ago that researchers at the Fed should be disciplined for the temerity to write a paper criticizing tariffs, saying they are paid by Americans.
