In what possible metric is this considered a “successful” road?


It has a huge bike path on the other side of the fence. Yeah, just like I-270 doesn't have sidewalks. It's a highway.

Love this road and it has made my life a lot better. Diverts traffic from the Beltway, etc.

It's 89% completed, and they've been testing real trains running on certain segments.
