Op: Mine is straight. |
| The same way I’ve been wearing it for the past 15 years—a slightly-angled, single length bob that hits between my collarbone and chin. Some days I straighten it; other days I let it air dry and wear it naturally wavy/curly. And I still wear a soft side part! Can’t do center parts anymore thanks to thinning hair. |
Silly me, I thought you were talking about the hair 👇 there… BTW, bush! |

I have been out of the work world almost a month and have quit coloring my hair (for awhile.)
* sigh 😮💨 I am on a healthy hair journey - using deep conditioning masks, abstaining from heat styling along w/using hair product also. I look like a skunk 🦨 w/my gray and black hair but I need to give my hair a break from all the damage that hair color entails! |
If hair color is damaging your hair, then your stylist is doing it wrong. I've been getting blonde and bronde balayage for years from the same stylist, and no significant damage. I use k18 masque/oil/dry shampoo/shampoo/condish and Olaplex 0,3,4,5,7,9 and their clarifying shampoo. I alternate between brands every month or so. I also use r&co cleansing conditioner as needed. Aluram Glossing treatment 1x a week in place of condish. I wash and style my hair 2x a week max during the winter. In the summer I wash about 3x but use the R&Co condish cleanser more and air dry a lot more. Styling products I use Olaplex 9, Moroccan spray heat protectant, and/or Amika the shield. I only dry/style my hair with either the Dyson Airstrait or the Airwrap. Use Unite or R&Co hairspray to set. I get balayage and a good haircut 1-2x a year as needed and tone it 2-4 months as needed with a little trim. |

Down and straight today.
mid back length with lots of layers and some curtain ish bangs. I've been experimenting with my new shark air wrap dealie, so this is the first time I've had my hair straight in a while. I've been using the air curler to do a blowout style look for the past few weeks. |
