Using return to sender will not fix the problem of the scammy/criminal neighbor.

What's the scam? Explain it to me like I'm five.

My neighbors have experienced strangers having mail delivered to their mailboxes in the last few years. It's an issue.

A lot of drama and OP fantasy for ONE misdelivered packages

Just charge the neighbor an address rental fee, and if some suitor comes knocking, give the real address..

Using someone else's mailbox is illegal. Also she's using different names to receive god knows what. It's highly likely she's involved in illegal activity. You're a weirdo if you are trying to insinuate that what she's doing is legal. It isn't legal to use someone else's mailbox as your own.

You still haven't said what the scam is. What's the scam, exactly?

This is actually a great idea but what if the offender sends a package through UPS or Fedex?

UPS and FedEx both have hold options too. Such a great plan

I'm not surprised there is a poster here implying this is no big deal. I have no doubt it is a parent who used someone else's address to get their kid in the school they wanted.

None of us know exactly what her scam. Is there something wrong with you?

This seems weird. What neighborhood do you live in? I'm in an upper class neighborhood and have never encountered an issue such as this.
