If the kid is too disruptive to drive safely, either alone or in a group, the bus driver needs other strategies for managing behavior than this. You cat abuse kids and then say “well she was singing!” and expect that to make the kid into the bad guy.

bs This is common as all get out and is often the only way children are listened to.

Op here- there were cameras (thank you whoever suggested) and the company reviewed / he was removed. I got an email at 4:59pm on friday and my response bounced back to me which was weird but im happy for the outcome all things considered.
